Commercial real estate (CRE) is real estate that is used primarily for business purposes to generate income or to provide a workspace, rather than residential real estate where people actually reside.. In 2014, WDR, my brokerage at that time, launched their CRE department. This department was headed by Howard as a Mentor who had 30+ years experience, focusing exclusively on Multi-Family Apartments all over the US, buying properties, rehabbing them for clients, increasing the cap rate and then turning around and flipping them. Today he’s part of my Commercial Real Estate Team.
Past 3 years I have focused on Hospitality working with Hotel owners as sellers as well as buyers. My network gives me the opportunity to work with a wide spectrum of clients.
